Being retired is one of the greatest times of your life but you might be missing out on the social aspect of going to work and being active. Our seniors programs are fantastic! From Fitness Programs and Yoga to Card Afternoons and Badminton, Seniors Programs are designed to keep you active and help you meet others in your community with shared interests.

The WSNCC operates on land that is the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. We acknowledge that Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 signed with the Mississaugas of the Credit, and the Williams Treaties signed with multiple Mississaugas and Chippewa bands.
