History - More

By 1976 the Centre officially operated as the West Scarborough Boys and Girls Club and over the next decade established adult and senior citizen services, a Child & Parent Drop In Centre and launched the Toronto Youth Job Corps. In 1986, the Club was incorporated as the West Scarborough Neighbourhood Community Centre.

West Scarborough Neighbourhood Community Centre has transformed over the years into a multi service organization that offers programs and services for people of all ages. The Boys and Girls Club is now just one of the services that provide support to our community. The Centre is a non-profit, charitable organization with 18 locations across Scarborough and East Toronto.
